As one of eight finalists, KURVE is up for the PropTech Innovation Award at the News on the Block Property Management Awards 2022. KURVE has also been shortlisted for Best Customer Satisfaction Innovation Award at the Institute of Customer Service UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2023.
KURVE is the first-to-market digital smart metering and pay-as-you-go (PAYG) web-app for heat networks. Accessible from any internet-connected device, residents can manage their accounts on-the-go matching increasingly fast-paced lifestyles. Improved visibility of energy consumption has resulted in energy savings of up to 28% for some residents. Aiming to improve business performance by improving customer service, the Institute of Customer Service hosts the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards to highlight companies nationwide who do just that. Kurve Technologies has been shortlisted for the Best Customer Satisfaction Award, sponsored by Pension Insurance Corporation, amongst 6 other companies.
The UK Customer Satisfaction Award ceremony will be held in March 2023.
