KURVE entered the market two years ago and has aptly just won its second award at the Housing Digital Innovation Awards for Best Customer Experience Innovation (Suppliers).
In the past two years, the web-app has grown massively and is set to be used by over 5,000 customers over 35 schemes across the UK.
Whilst 95% of residents are happy with KURVE, we are always looking to improve. As a result, over the past year, we have made several changes to our digital smart-metering system to better our customers’ experience.
