As the first-to-market digital metering and pay-as-you-go (PAYG) web-app for heat networks, KURVE has made strides for digital solutions in the housing industry, now backed by a win at the Housing Digital Innovation Awards.
Kurve Technologies, a joint venture between Insite Energy and SAV Systems, won in the ‘Best Customer Experience Innovation (Suppliers)’ category, where we were up against three other innovative solutions. The judges remarked:
“Putting the power into the hands of residents so they can reduce fuel bills is a great customer experience innovation!”
The KURVE web-app allows heat network residents to access and manage their utility accounts whenever and wherever they are. Through increased access to consumption data, customers do not only save on their energy bills, but KURVE also helps to reduce debt risk for housing providers. With decreased costs all-round, KURVE is the perfect metering and billing solution for any heat network.
The Housing Digital Innovation Awards aim to highlight the housing sector’s enormous desire for innovation and positive change. This is where KURVE stood out in providing a great customer experience innovation.
“Kurve Technologies is continuously looking to improve, which is why we have made several changes to the KURVE web-app following our customer experience survey in 2022. By reducing the time it takes to make payments, allowing for automatic recurring payments to be set up, and tripling the data available on the consumption graphs, residents on KURVE now have more control than ever over their energy accounts,“ says Ellie Blacklock, Head of Digital Solutions at Insite Energy.
“It is great to see that all these little changes over time are making a big difference to our customers, and to now receive another award for this too. We’re so happy and grateful with our win at the Housing Digital Innovation Awards!”
