KURVE shortlisted for Digital Innovation of the Year Award

KURVE, the ground-breaking digital smart metering and pay-as-you-go (PAYG) web-app for heat networks, has been shortlisted for another prestigious industry accolade.

The high-profile Energy Awards celebrate innovation, business excellence, customer service and collaboration. KURVE’s shortlisting in the Digital Innovation of the Year category is in recognition of the significant benefits it brings to residents, housing providers, energy suppliers and the environment.

A joint venture between Insite Energy & SAV Systems, KURVE answers a long-standing need for a low-cost, PAYG, heat-network metering solution that does not compromise on service, quality or convenience. It makes energy data easily accessible to consumers via a user-friendly platform. They can view, monitor, and manage their energy account using any internet-connected device, anywhere and at any time. This encourages engagement with and awareness of energy consumption, without the costs associated with an In-Home Display (IHD) system – while also eradicating debt risk for energy providers.

“We’re delighted to see KURVE recognised in this way,” enthused Ellie Blacklock, KURVE Project Manager at Insite Energy. “UK heat networks have long been challenged for being expensive and lacking data transparency for the end-user. KURVE directly tackles both these issues. It’s therefore helping to realise the full potential of heat networks to reduce carbon emissions. And our customers and residents love it!”

The Energy Award winners will be announced in September.
